With this package, enjoy a refreshing mini course of coaching to help you re-connect, re-centre, re-align and make some really Big Breakthroughs!

I will guide you through whatever is holding you back using specialised coaching techniques so that you can tap back into your innate power and create space for growth, awareness and progress.

I will guide you through 3 reflective sessions to help you remember your true essence, power and reason for being on this planet and lead you back home to your truth, letting go of negative beliefs and energies hidden that may be hidden underneath the surface.

All the women I have had the honour of working with so far on my coaching journey have lived the same exact difficulty I did.

They are afraid of their own power.

They either flow so freely they lack the discipline and focus to complete anything they begin. Or they have learned to beat themselves into obedience and compliance using methods such as hyper critical self talk, over strict diet and exercise regimes, over working and just unattainable perfectionism in all aspects of their lives. 

What I see is a lack of balance.

Why? 

Fear.

Somewhere along their journey they learned that to follow your feminine energy was not safe, yet they understood that the only alternative was a forced over controlling dominating fearful masculine energy.

The truth is that when healed and healthy within us, both these energies contain incredible power and guidance.

Have you been living a rollercoaster of emotions throughout your cycle but have never been able to put your finger on what was going on?

You have even wondered if you might be borderline nuts (I know I did) and you are tired of hearing anyone ask you if it’s “that time of the month again”.

You are right in thinking that something isn’t right here. But it is NOT YOU or your hormones, whatever society has lead you to believe.

What is inadequate is the information you have received so far and the knowledge you have been brought up believing to be true around your cycles and what it means to be a woman.

Society has worked so hard at teaching us that we should accept that they are just part of the package.
